When you submit a lead form through one of our clients' Facebook or Instagram advertisements, we collect the information you provide including your full name, phone number, email address, and the service you are interested in. This information is collected on behalf of our clients — the contractors whose ads you responded to.
We do not collect any additional personal information beyond what you voluntarily provide through ad lead forms.
The information you submit is used solely to connect you with the contractor whose advertisement you responded to. Your details are forwarded immediately to that contractor so they can follow up with you about the service you requested.
We do not sell your personal information to any third parties. We do not use your information for marketing purposes beyond the service you explicitly requested.
Your information is shared with the specific contractor client whose advertisement you responded to. That contractor is responsible for how they handle and store your personal information once it has been delivered to them.
We use Zapier to automate the delivery of lead information to our clients. Zapier processes data solely for the purpose of forwarding it and does not retain or use it for any other purpose.
Lead information is retained in our systems for billing and reporting purposes for a period of 12 months. After this period it is deleted. You may request deletion of your information at any time by contacting us.
